Using Network Data for Strategic Action

Move from map to insight. This session focuses on interpreting network data and maps to guide real-time decisions, assess power dynamics, and drive strategic alignment.

  • Translate network insights into strategic decisions and interventions.

  • Explore real-world examples of using network data to advance equity and collaboration.

Required Prerequisite: Recent (developed in the last 3 years) network data or network map.

Suggested Prerequisite: Completion of the previous four sessions of the CoCap Collaboration in Practice virtual training series:

  • Applying Collaboration Theories and Frameworks

  • Measuring Collaboration Dynamics

  • Mapping Systems of Influence

  • Mapping Partner Networks

Date & Time: Wednesday, December 10 from 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM Mountain Time

Duration: 4 hours

Format: Virtual. This virtual training is synchronous and interactive with a combination of discussions, activities, and lectures.

    Please note: Pre-scheduled, open-registration trainings (for individuals) require a minimum of 8 participants. If fewer than 8 people are registered one week before the training date, the session will be rescheduled. A new date will be set in coordination with those already registered.

    • Students: 50% off
