Learn the essentials of network science to design and interpret meaningful partner network maps and shape collaborative strategy by identifying gaps, hubs, and opportunities to build new relationships.

Move from map to insight. Learn to interpret network data and maps to guide real-time decisions, assess power dynamics, and drive strategic alignment.
Duration: Each training is 4 hours (2 sessions, 2 hours each).
