Kristoff Bultema is an educator with 13 years of experience teaching social studies and language arts at the secondary level. His focus lies in fostering collaborative and inclusive learning environments, with a passion for curriculum development and civic engagement. During his career, he has spent 7 years as a department head, leading initiatives to enhance educational outcomes and teacher collaboration. In addition to his teaching role, Kristoff serves as a Strategy & Engagement Partner with CoCap, where he contributes to strategic planning and training delivery.
