April AÍ Hân Phan contributes to people-centered initiatives that mobilize the strengths, priorities, and expertise of the communities they serve. She has worked alongside partners across the nonprofit, public, and academic sectors to support efforts that improve systems and promote equity for diverse and systemically disadvantaged populations. Her experience includes project coordination, culturally responsive community engagement, developing learning resources and data tools, and public health research and evaluation. Based in the Bay Area, April loves collecting interesting hobbies and exploring new places, both near and far, with her husband and pup.
